Your path with ADHD Alliance of MN
STEP 1 - FREE PHONE CONSULT
All prospective patients start off with a free, 15 minute phone consult with Dr. Prisacari.
You’ll share a bit about your background, ask any questions, learn more about ADHD Alliance, and together determine if this is a good fit
STEP 2 - NEW PATIENT EVALUATION
If we are a good match and decide to start working together, you will be offered to book a new patient evaluation.
During our first appointment we will discuss your symptoms, past medical and psychiatric histories, as well as any previous medication trials.
STEP 3 - ONGOING CARE
Ongoing care via monthly follow up sessions. Every session is centered on taking stock of what is working well and goal setting for what can be improved.

We will discuss if these steps would add value to our work together, with utmost respect and consideration given to your privacy and confidentiality.
ADHD testing (if indicated and not already completed)
If the ADHD diagnosis is not clear or was not previously documented, I may suggest additional neuropsychological testing/evaluation.
Medication Prescription
Prescriptions are provided for only 30 day supply, without any refills, due to the controlled substance nature of many ADHD medications. All new prescriptions and refills for existing medications require an appointment.
Membership & Pricing
ADHD Alliance of MN is a concierge psychiatry practice.
Your initial $500 investment includes a comprehensive initial evaluation (60 min), intake forms, collaboration calls, collection and reviewing of outside medical records, medication discussion, and initial 30 day prescription (if applicable).
Ongoing care is priced on a monthly basis and includes telehealth or in office monthly check-in appointment (20 min) and one 30-day prescription.
Monthly membership: $200
On this call, Dr. Prisacari will discuss your background, share a bit more about her practice, and together determine the next best steps for your treatment needs.
