Mastering Adult ADHD Workshop

I’ve been searching for quality resources to adults with ADHD and just couldn’t find any, so I decided to make my own.

I’m a psychiatrist who treats ADHD all day long… and I still couldn’t find a simple, accessible, practical skills workshop for adults. Lots of good resources exist, but when I specifically searched for “adult ADHD skills training” (not just therapy, not just meds, not just motivation), it was surprisingly hard to find something straightforward and local.

So I started asking around. I talked with neuropsychologists and ADHD coaches in the area, and what I heard most often was: “Yes, we do skills work… but it’s individualized.” And 1:1 is great—and it can get very pricey, fast. Often it was part of a package, with a 4–6 week commitment (or longer). That’s a big lift for anyone, but for an ADHD brain, a big multi-week package can feel overwhelming before you even start.

So I decided to build what I couldn’t find.

I’m using the same evidence-based ADHD research and CBT-based skills strategies I discuss with my clients in sessions—and turning it into a practical ADHD skills training workshop that’s easier to say yes to.

A few things I’m doing differently:

It’s only 1 hour long (no long-term commitment)

It’s recorded

If you can’t make it live (or you’d rather watch it at 1.5x or 2x speed, honestly: same), I’ll email you the recording afterward.

It’s tomorrow, so you don’t have to wait weeks to months

It’s free, so there’s truly no downside

If you’ve been wanting ADHD skills support that’s practical and doable, come join.
