About Dr. Prisacari
I break down CBT-based skills into actionable steps
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist that hear my patients tell me over and over again—
“Medications are not enough. I’m still struggling with actually getting organized.”
I’ve struggled to find ADHD skills groups in Minneapolis, so I met with the best neuropsychologists in town and asked them-
“If you had time and energy to make something helpful for people with ADHD, what would it be?”
And the answer was clear- Skills groups.
We are starting with a one-hour introduction to ADHD skills.
“Join me for this FREE skills-focused session grounded in evidence-based CBT strategies for adult ADHD with concrete tools you can start using right away.”
