STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION
You are invited to book a free, 15-minute video consultation directly with me, Dr. Prisacari.
During this call, I will discuss what you can expect from my services, learn about what you are looking for, and together determine if we are a good fit.
COST: FREE
STEP 2 - NEW PATIENT EVALUATION
This comprehensive assessment not only focuses on ADHD, but also evaluating for any co-occurring disorder of anxiety, depression, or trauma. Through structured clinical interview and computer-based testing, we will determine if ADHD diagnosis is appropriate and begin treatment.
COST: $500 (includes 60-min appointment, ADHD computer-based testing and 30-day prescription)
STEP 3 - MONTHLY FOLLOW-UP
Ongoing care via monthly follow-up appointments in office or secure telehealth. Every session is centered on taking stock of what is working well and goal setting for what can be improved.
COST: $200/month (includes 30-min appointment and 30-day prescription)

Detailed ADHD assessment
Included in every new patient evaluation are ADHD screening tools, validated ADHD structured clinical interview, and computer-based ADHD testing.
Although comprehensive, if the results are inconclusive or contradictory, I may suggest additional neuropsychological testing and provide additional referrals.
Medication Prescription
Prescriptions are provided for only 30-day supply, without any refills, due to the controlled substance nature of many ADHD medications. All new prescriptions and refills for existing medications require an appointment.
Clinician collaboration calls with your therapist / requests for outside medical records
We will discuss if these steps would add value to our work together, with utmost respect and consideration given to your privacy and confidentiality.

Membership & Pricing
ADHD Alliance of MN is a concierge psychiatry practice and not in network with any insurance companies.
Your initial $500 investment includes a comprehensive in office new patient evaluation (60 min), review and discussion of completed intake forms, ADHD structured interview and computer-based testing, medication discussion, and initial 30 day prescription.
Ongoing care is $200 monthly and includes telehealth or in-office check-in appointment (30 min) and a 30-day prescription.
All members are also offered access to Dr. Prisacari for any questions via secure patient portal, email, or text messaging at no extra fee.
On this call, Dr. Prisacari will discuss your background, share a bit more about her practice, and together determine the next best steps for your treatment needs.
