Get to know Dr. Prisacari and explore what your goals are.

Free 15-min consultation call

Fill out necessary forms and new patient intake paperwork. You complete everything online from your home at your convenience, at least 24 hrs before the in office appointment in Edina, MN. Dr. Prisacari will also ask you to log all your ADHD-related symptoms for 10 days prior to your first intake assessment.

After your first in office appointment with Dr. Prisacari, you will receive instructions and access code for completing Qbcheck ADHD testing. You can choose to complete it same day in office, or remotely from home.
